    Who is responsible ? Recognized unions both (executive &nonexecutive) abd management?BSNL is in a worst financial position for non disbursement of salary and pension benefits to its staff- Who is responsible?exhausted reserves for wasteful or unviable or nonbeneficial expenditures- 2years before profit oriented company – the story -the bad actions that turned bsnl into a loss making company

    2 8000 crores To cdr conversion to TCS THIS IS ALSO NOT DESIRABLE-SINCE DOT -SOFT IS BETTER THAN CDR
    3 5000 CRORES WIMAX NOT ATTRACTIVE TO SUBS –THIS EXPENDITURE COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED
    4 10000 CRORES 3 G NOT ATTRACTIVE TO SUBS –THIS EXPENDITURE COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED-SINCE EVEN AIRTEL IS SURRENDERING 3 G IN SOME CIRCLES
    TOTAL 28000CRORES-THIS AMOUNT MAY NOT BE ACCURATE BUT LOSS IS LOSS
